It all started with my dog Obi. Like most puppies, he needed lots of love, attention and care – as he was growing, he struggled with sensitive skin and obesity. I had a hard time finding good pet food that I could trust – with clean ingredients and minimal processing. The heavily processed options available, felt disturbing to feed in the long run. So, I began learning canine nutrition and preparing his meals myself. Not only did he look forward to every meal, the transformation was incredible – Obi and our other pets became fit, energetic, and healthy.
I couldn’t keep this secret to myself, so in 2019, Mutt’s Native was established as a neighbourhood fresh pet food service with the mission to offer holistic canine appropriate food.
Today, as we grow, our focus remains on making a deeper impact, creating lasting change and brighter futures for our canine companions.
